Janice, Dan & Carlock Family... We are so sorry for your loss. We pray that God's peace and the knowledge that Jack now walks hand in hand with the angels, on streets of gold, will fill the void he left behind in your hearts. Do not remember him for this day, when he left you, but for all the days you shared his life, and may God seal those memories in your minds, forever.
