Obituary

Vicki Lynn Pribble, 56, of Dowell, Illinois, passed away at her residence at 5:50 a.m. Monday, March 23, 2020.

Vicki was born on January 16, 1964, in Murphysboro, Illinois, to Wayne Taylor and Charlotte (Childers) Taylor Stanton.

She had worked as a bakery manager at Schnuck's in Carbondale.

Mrs. Pribble liked going to yard sales, fishing and going on walks.

Vicki married Clinton Pribble on June 27, 1984, in Murphysboro, and he survives.

Her parents Wayne (Debbie) Taylor of Elkville and Charlotte Stanton of Murphysboro;

five children Kimberly Lipe of Murphysboro, Tracy (Matt) Loman of Elkville, Jessica Pribble of Dowell and Garrett Pribble and Kristen Wilson, both of DuQuoin;

eleven grandchildren;

three sisters Veronica Hoskins of Hurst, Tresha Taylor and Brenda Phoenix, both of Murphysboro;

three step brother, one brother, and one half sister.

Her body will be cremated and there will be family services held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SIH Cancer Treatment Centers.
